To participate in the HostOrbis Affiliate Program, you must follow these terms:

No Multiple Accounts – The same person cannot create multiple accounts to place orders. Orders from the same IP address are not allowed. The affiliate who shares the link and the customer who places the order must have different PC/IPs.
Pending Period – After an order is placed, the commission remains pending for 7 days. On the 8th day, the amount will be credited to your affiliate account.
No Black Hat SEO or Spamming – Unauthorized sales through black hat SEO or spamming are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Request – You can request a withdrawal 8 days after the order is placed through your affiliate link.
Order Cancellation – If the referred customer cancels or terminates the service within 7 days, the affiliate commission will not be awarded.
Minimum Payout – The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
Withdrawal Process – To withdraw funds, you must open a ticket with the Billing Department and provide your account details. Payments will be processed within 12-48 hours.
No Call or Live Chat Support – Affiliate-related support is available only through tickets. Calls or live chat support will not be provided for affiliate withdrawals.
